A vibrant and beautiful brunch board inspired by the jam girl summer aesthetic, featuring a medley of jams, cheeses, fresh fruits, and artisan breads for a sweet and savory gathering.

I first made this board for a summer family brunch and loved how everyone could mix and match their bites, creating personal favorites and new flavor combinations.

Ingredients

  • Jams & Spreads: 1/2 cup strawberry jam, 1/2 cup apricot preserves, 1/2 cup blueberry jam, 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup whipped butter
  • Cheeses: 120 g (4 oz) brie, sliced, 120 g (4 oz) sharp cheddar, sliced, 120 g (4 oz) fresh goat cheese, crumbled
  • Breads & Crackers: 1 small baguette, sliced, 1/2 loaf sourdough, sliced, 1 sleeve multigrain crackers
  • Fruits: 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved, 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup seedless grapes, 1 ripe peach, sliced
  • Nuts & Extras: 1/2 cup roasted almonds, 1/4 cup dried apricots, Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Board:
Arrange the jams and honey in small serving bowls. Place them evenly around a large wooden board or platter.
Add Butter:
Place whipped butter in a small bowl and set it on the board.
Add Cheeses:
Neatly arrange the brie, cheddar, and goat cheese in separate sections on the board.
Arrange Breads & Crackers:
Fan out baguette and sourdough slices, and pile crackers on the board.
Arrange Fresh Fruits:
Distribute strawberries, blueberries, grapes, and peach slices in clusters for color and texture contrast.
Add Nuts & Extras:
Scatter roasted almonds and dried apricots between other ingredients.
Final Garnish:
Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color. Serve immediately and let guests mix and match flavors as desired.
