# Method Steps:
01 - Preheat oven to 480°F (250°C) or use highest setting. If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven prior to preheating.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll the pizza dough into a 12-inch round. Transfer onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or a pizza peel.
03 - In a mixing bowl, blend crème fraîche, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until thoroughly combined.
04 - Spread the crème fraîche sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edge.
05 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce layer.
06 - Arrange sliced dill pickles and red onion (if using) over the cheese.
07 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
