# Method Steps:
01 - Wash and dry the bell peppers. Remove stems and seeds, then slice into even strips.
02 - Arrange bell pepper strips radiating from the center of a large serving platter, leaving space for the dip bowl.
03 - In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, chives, parsley, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well blended. For a smoother texture, stir in olive oil.
04 - Transfer the dip to a small bowl and place it in the center of the platter. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
