# Method Steps:
01 - Combine honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, and ginger in a bowl; whisk until smooth.
02 - Heat vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
03 - Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet; cook for 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
04 - Reduce heat to medium. Spoon the glaze over each fillet. Continue cooking for 3–5 minutes, basting occasionally, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
05 - Transfer salmon to plates. Drizzle with remaining glaze, then garnish with fresh cilantro and sesame seeds if desired.
