02 - Briefly warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
03 - Lay a warmed tortilla flat and spread a generous spoonful of green goddess dressing down the center.
04 - Layer baby spinach, sliced chicken, avocado, cucumber, and any extra herbs on top of the dressing. Drizzle with another small spoonful of dressing.
05 - Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll up tightly. Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients. Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately or refrigerate up to 24 hours.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It comes together in about 30 minutes flat, making it perfect for lunch prep or a quick dinner when you haven't planned ahead.
  • The green goddess dressing is genuinely addictive—bright, herby, and so much more interesting than ranch.
  • It's high in protein and fiber but doesn't feel like rabbit food, thanks to the creamy avocado and rich dressing.
  • You can make these ahead and grab them throughout the week, though they're honestly better fresh.
02 -
  • Toast your herbs for a second in the blender before adding the wet ingredients—it releases their oils and makes the dressing taste even more alive.
  • If your dressing breaks or looks separated, it means the mayo and yogurt ratio was off or you blended too aggressively; add a splash of water and pulse gently to bring it back.
  • Assemble the wraps no more than a few hours before eating, or the tortilla will get soggy from the avocado and dressing.
03 -
  • Buy a rotisserie chicken on Sunday and shred it all at once—it cuts your wrap assembly time in half and keeps in the fridge for three days.
  • If the green goddess dressing looks too thick, thin it with a tablespoon of water or lemon juice at a time until it reaches the right consistency for spreading.
