# Method Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
- Gently melt butter and bittersweet chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over simmering water until smooth.
- Whisk granulated sugar into melted chocolate mixture. Add eggs one at a time, incorporating thoroughly after each. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Sift in flour, matcha powder, and salt; stir just until combined. Fold in white miso paste gently to achieve a marbled appearance.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 20–25 minutes until set but remaining fudgy. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
- Beat mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until mixture is thick and smooth.
- Briefly immerse ladyfinger biscuits in cooled chai tea, arrange in serving cups or glasses.
- Spread mascarpone mixture over ladyfingers. Dust tops evenly with ground cinnamon, ground cardamom, and cocoa powder. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Combine chocolate cookie crumbs with melted unsalted butter. Press mixture into a parchment-lined 8-inch square pan.
- Beat softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Incorporate eggs one at a time, followed by black sesame paste, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Pour filling over prepared crust, smoothing the top. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 25–30 minutes until just set. Cool, then chill for at least 2 hours before slicing.
